A delightful dish that comes together easily in the oven. Baked cod is served with a delicious cheese sauce and pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes and a fresh salad. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of cod fillets
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 300 ml milk
- 100 ml sour cream
- 1/2 fish stock cube
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- A pinch of sea salt
- 100-200 ml grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
2. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously to prevent the sauce from burning.
3. Add the spices, sour cream, and grated cheese. Bring to a simmer until the cheese melts into the sauce.
4. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over them.
5. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 40 minutes.
Serve the cheesy baked cod with mashed potatoes and a fresh salad.
