A rich and decadent chocolate cake that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave.
3. In a bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the surface of the cake is set.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
