Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
