These delicious lemon-dill marinated olives are a perfect addition to an appetizer spread or as a tasty snack. The marinating process brings out the depth of flavors, making the olives even more irresistible. Preparation Time: 15 minutes + marinating time
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 can (350 g) green olives stuffed with peppers - 1/2 lemon
- 3/4 dl extra virgin olive oil
- 1 dl fresh dill, chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Drain the olives thoroughly. 2. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
3. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, sliced garlic, and black pepper.
4. Add the drained olives to the mixture and stir well to combine.
5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator until the next day.
