A refreshing and delicious milkshake combining the tartness of lemon and the sweetness of salmiakki. Perfect for a treat on a hot day! Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of rice vanilla ice cream - 1 tsp salmiakki mixer
- Zest of 0.5 lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 dl milk (or more if desired)
Instructions:
1. Place the rice vanilla ice cream, salmiakki mixer, lemon zest, lemon juice, and milk into a blender. 2. Blend the ingredients well until the milkshake is smooth and fluffy.
3. Pour the milkshake into a glass and garnish with lemon slices or salmiakki candies if desired.
4. Enjoy immediately!
