Ingredients:

- 500 g beef (e.g., flank steak)
- 400 g potatoes
- 200 g cabbage
- 2 dl cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until they are tender.
2. Slice the beef into thin strips and season with salt and black pepper.
3. Heat the butter in a pan and quickly sear the beef on both sides until cooked but juicy.
4. Shred the cabbage and add it to the pan with the beef, sauté for a few minutes.
5. Pour in the cream and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Serve the beef and cabbage with the potatoes, garnished with fresh herbs.
