Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
4. Pour the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt, then gently fold until combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream!
