- HK Blue sausage - Feta cheese
- Black olives
- Tomato sauce
- Black pepper
- Oregano
Instructions
1. Slice and peel the blue sausage. 2. Spread tomato sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
3. Place the sliced sausages on top of the tomato sauce.
4. Crumble feta cheese over the sausages.
5. Add sliced black olives on top of the feta.
6. Season with black pepper and oregano.
7. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the sausages are heated through and the cheese is melted.
