- 500 g skinless trout fillets
- ½ cup water
- Cracked pepper to taste
- ½ cup vinegar

- ½ cup mustard
- ½ cup oil
Instructions:
1. Cut the trout fillets into fork-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, water, vinegar, salt, mustard, oil, and cracked pepper.
3. Add the trout pieces to the marinade and let them sit in the refrigerator for two hours.
