Delicious buckwheat blinis perfect for a savory snack or festive appetizer. Serve with sour cream, red onion, and caviar.Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 3 dl buckwheat flour (or wheat flour or half and half)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 dl milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add sugar and salt. Whisk until frothy.
2. Gradually add the milk while mixing.
3. Stir in the flour and oil until the batter is smooth.
4. Heat a blini pan and add butter for frying.
5. Pour batter onto the pan to form reasonably thick pancakes.
6. Cook until the batter sets on one side, then flip and cook for a moment longer.
7. Serve immediately with sour cream, red onion, and caviar.
