This delicious recipe combines fresh mussels with white wine, garlic, and fresh herbs, creating a perfect dish of marine flavor. Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 kg fresh mussels- 2 dl white wine
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 dl fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 dl fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mussels under cold water and discard any that are opened or broken.2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until soft.
3. Pour in the white wine and bring to a boil for a few minutes to let the alcohol evaporate.
4. Add the mussels to the pot and cover with a lid. Steam the mussels for about 5-7 minutes until they open.
5. Stir in the chopped herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
6. Serve the mussels hot with lemon wedges.
