Ingredients:

- 0.25 tsp white pepper
- 2 dl matjes herring fillets
- 2 chopped chives
- 2 tubs (250 ml each) crème fraîche, 5% fat
- 1 red onion
- Boiled eggs

Instructions:

1. Rinse the herring fillets. If the herring is too salty, soak the fillets in water for a short time.
2. Pat the fillets dry thoroughly.
3. Finely chop the herring fillets, boiled eggs, and red onion.
4. Mix the chopped ingredients together in a large bowl.
5. Finish by adding the chives and crushed white pepper.
