Ingredients
- 2 lightly salted herring fillets - 1 red onion
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 pickled cucumber
Sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream (150g)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
1. Finely chop the herring fillets, red onion, hard-boiled eggs, and pickled cucumber. 2. In a large bowl, combine all the chopped ingredients.
3. Prepare the sauce by mixing the sour cream and mayonnaise together.
4. Add the sauce to the mixture and stir well.
5. Let it chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
