A classic Italian pasta dish that's quick and delicious, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon or guanciale
- 3 eggs
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
4. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and reserve a bit of the cooking water. Add the spaghetti to the pan with the bacon and garlic.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Stir quickly to allow the eggs to cook slightly from the heat, creating a creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved cooking water.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
