A creamy and flavorful cold-smoked salmon dip, perfect for spreading on bread or crackers. Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g cold-smoked salmon
- 150 g mascarpone cheese
- 100 g sour cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the cold-smoked salmon into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese and sour cream until smooth.
3. Add the lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir well.
4. Gently fold the chopped salmon into the mixture.
5. Allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
6. Serve the salmon dip with bread and crackers. Enjoy!
