A rich and decadent chocolate cake that's perfect for any occasion.

Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate and butter together. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
