Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add sugar to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
5. Stir in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt until combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is cooked but slightly moist in the center.
