A delicious and quick weeknight meal, this creamy spinach pasta is full of flavor and nutrients.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g. penne or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about a minute until softened.
3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved cooking water.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
