- 250 g mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms)
- 1 lemon (zest)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 ml plant-based cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)

Instructions:

1. Peel and finely chop the onion, clean and slice the mushrooms, wash and zest the lemon.
2. Sauté the onion and mushrooms in olive oil until soft, then add salt, pepper, and plant-based cream; let it simmer.
