Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Transfer the melted mixture to a bowl and add the sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
5. Stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
