Delicious and easy-to-make pastries that are perfect for unexpected guests. These pastries look store-bought but taste homemade!

Serving Size: 8 pastries
Ingredients:
- 1 package of ready-made puff pastry
- 100 g cream cheese, plain
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 100 ml berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- powdered sugar (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet and cut it into squares (about 10x10 cm).
3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
4. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
5. Add berries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
6. Fold the corners of the pastry square towards the center, forming a closed package around the filling.
7. Brush the pastries with beaten egg.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until they are golden brown.
9. Let the pastries cool for a moment and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
