A delicious burger combining juicy patty, creamy blue cheese, and sweet pineapple. Perfect for summer barbecues! Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef - 4 burger patties
- 4 slices of blue cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of fresh pineapple
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg or arugula)
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- Grill seasoning
- Oil for grilling
Instructions:
1. Shape the ground beef into four patties and season with salt, pepper, and grill seasoning.2. Heat the grill and brush the grates with oil.
3. Grill the patties on the hot grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
4. Add the blue cheese slices on top of the patties towards the end of grilling to let the cheese melt.
5. Grill the pineapple slices for a few minutes on each side until they develop a nice color.
6. Assemble the burgers: place lettuce on the bottom of the bun, add the patty with melted blue cheese, grilled pineapple, tomato, and avocado.
7. Add ketchup and mayonnaise if desired, and cover with the top half of the bun.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
