A delicious and rich snail dish combining the flavors of blue cheese and goat cheese, perfect as an appetizer or a special dinner.

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1/2 dl fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 can (12 pcs) snails
- 100 g goat cheese
- 100 g blue cheese

Instructions:

1. Open the can of snails and rinse them thoroughly under cold water.
2. Prepare a snail pan or use a metal muffin tin. Place a little butter at the bottom of each shell.
3. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and melted butter. Crumble in the goat cheese and blue cheese.
4. Fill each snail shell with the mixture and place the rinsed snails on top.
5. Bake the snails in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Serve immediately while hot.
