Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of punch
- 100 g of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 24 large (Burgundy) snails, canned
- White pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Allow the butter to soften at room temperature.
2. Rinse the snails and dry them thoroughly.
3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, crushed garlic, and punch.
4. Grind in white pepper according to taste.
5. Place the snails in a baking dish and generously spread the prepared butter mixture on top.
6. Bake the snails at 250 degrees Celsius for about six minutes, until they are beautifully golden brown.
7. Serve immediately, preferably with a glass of white wine.
