A refreshing and easy dessert, perfect for summer evenings. Especially suitable for those who enjoy tangy and sour flavors. Preparation Time: 1 day (includes freezing)
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Lonkero (grapefruit Lonkero, cranberry Lonkero, or Garagen Hard Punch)- A bowl
- Lemon or lime wedges
Instructions:
1. Pour the Lonkero into a bowl.2. Place the bowl in the freezer.
3. Stir the mixture after about one hour.
4. Stir again a couple of hours later.
5. Repeat the stirring process once more after another couple of hours.
6. The next day, take the granite out of the freezer and scoop it into servings.
7. Garnish with lemon or lime wedges.
8. Enjoy immediately while it's cold and refreshing!
