Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave.
3. Mix the sugar into the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt into the mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is cooked through.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
