This recipe features a succulent smoked salmon fillet seasoned with a unique blend of wasabi and sesame salt, complemented by the tang of fresh lemon. Perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a gourmet meal at home.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg boneless salmon fillet
- Bio Flocons de Sel Wasabi & Sesame seasoning
- 2 lemons
- Smoking chips
- A few cubes of sugar
Instructions:
1. Sprinkle the boneless salmon fillet evenly with the Bio Flocons de Sel Wasabi & Sesame seasoning. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
2. Preheat your smoker.
3. Place the smoking chips in the bottom of the smoker box and add the sugar cubes to enhance the color of the fish.
4. Set the salmon fillet on the grill rack alongside the halved lemons.
5. Place the rack in the smoker once you see smoke starting to form.
6. Smoke the salmon fillet according to the size of the fish and the temperature of the smoker until it is cooked through and has developed a rich color.
7. Squeeze the juice from the smoked lemon halves over the smoked salmon before serving.
