A delicious Finnish ham casserole made with creamy potatoes and smoked ham. Perfect for a hearty meal!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1½ tsp Santa Maria smoked sea salt (or regular salt)
- 4 dl heavy cream
- 450 g smoked ham, diced
- ½ tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp black and white pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tsp garlic granules, freshly ground
- 1 kg potato-onion mix
- Cheese (to taste)
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Dice the smoked ham into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream with the smoked sea salt, rosemary, black and white pepper, garlic granules, and thyme.
4. Add the potato-onion mix and the diced ham to the cream mixture. Stir well to combine.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top to your liking.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
