A delicious and hearty baked dish with vegetables and ham, perfect for a comforting meal.

Cooking Time: 35 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 packages of vegetable strips (250 g)
- 1 onion
- 150 g smoked ham
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion.
2. Sauté the onion in a pan until soft.
3. Add the vegetable strips to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Cut the smoked ham into small pieces and add it to the pan.
5. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
7. Pour the cream over the mixture and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
8. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Let it rest for a moment before serving. Enjoy warm!
