Ingredients:
- 500 g potato strips
- 500 g ham strips
- 2 dl cooking cream
- 1-2 eggs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
3. Layer the potato strips and ham strips in the baking dish.
4. In a bowl, mix together the cooking cream, eggs, black pepper, and salt.
5. Pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes and ham.
6. Bake in the oven for about 40-50 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and the top is golden brown.
7. Let it cool for a moment before serving. Enjoy!
