A savory pastry that combines delicious flavors: succulent lamb, sweet apples, and soft potatoes. Perfect pairing with Cono Sur Bicicleta wine.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g ground lamb
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 large apple
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 ml cream
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes until soft. Mash them and set aside.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in olive oil in a pan until soft.
3. Add the ground lamb to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
4. Grate the apple and add it to the pan. Mix all ingredients well and stir in the cream. Allow the mixture to cool.
5. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet and cut it into desired sizes.
6. Place the lamb mixture in the center of each pastry piece and cover with another piece of pastry. Seal the edges well.
7. Bake the pastries at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
8. Serve warm with Cono Sur Bicicleta wine.
