Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp vegetable spread
- 130 g onion, chopped
- 6½ cups water
- 3 tbsp fish stock
- 225 g cream cheese with mustard and herbs
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable spread in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
3. Pour in the water and add the fish stock, stirring well to combine. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
