Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave. Mix well.
2. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Fold in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until the batter is even.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
