Instructions:

Open: Remove the gold foil and metal cage from the cork. Hold the bottle at the base with one hand and gently twist the cork with the other hand. Allow the cork to pop safely.
3. Pour: Slowly pour the sparkling wine into glasses in small amounts to avoid overflow.
4. Serve: Serve the champagne and sparkling wines in slender champagne flutes, holding the glass by the stem.
