A savory and addictive nut snack that's perfect for parties or gatherings. Preparation Time: 1.5 hours
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g cashew nuts - 1/2 dl white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2–2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the salt and vinegar together.2. Add the cashew nuts to the bowl and stir well to coat.
3. Let the nuts marinate for about one hour.
4. Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F).
5. Spread the nuts and any remaining vinegar mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Roast the nuts in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and nearly crispy. (They will crisp up as they cool.)
7. Stir the nuts halfway through roasting if needed.
8. Allow the nuts to cool before serving.
