Healthy and delicious kale chips that are perfect for snacking! Preparation time is quick, and these chips are a great alternative to potato chips. Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 3-4 large kale leaves - About 2 tablespoons olive oil
- About 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). 2. Remove the thick stem from the kale leaves and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
3. Place the torn leaves in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.
4. Add a pinch of salt and mix the ingredients well by hand, ensuring the leaves are evenly coated.
5. Arrange the leaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they do not overlap.
6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the leaves are crispy. Be careful not to burn them.
