A deliciously tangy and salty snack, perfect for any occasion. Easy to prepare and irresistible!
Preparation Time: 1.5 hours
Serving Size: About 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g cashew nuts
- 1/2 dl white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2–2 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the salt and white wine vinegar together.
2. Add the cashew nuts to the bowl and stir well to ensure they are fully coated in the seasoning.
3. Allow the nuts to marinate in the bowl for about an hour.
4. Preheat the oven to 120°C (248°F).
5. Spread the seasoned nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pour any remaining vinegar over them.
6. Roast the nuts in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and nearly crispy. Stir the nuts halfway through roasting if needed.
7. Let the nuts cool down before serving.
