Ingredients:
- 300 g cake mix- 4 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 100 ml strawberry jam
- For decoration: fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings
Instructions:
1. Prepare the cake by mixing the cake mix, eggs, and milk in a bowl. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 175 °C for about 25-30 minutes.2. Allow the cake to cool completely, then slice it into two layers.
3. To make the strawberry mousse, blend the fresh strawberries with sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the strawberry puree.
4. For the chocolate mousse, melt the dark chocolate and let it cool. Whip another portion of the heavy cream and combine it with the melted chocolate.
5. Assemble the cake: Place the first cake layer on a serving plate. Spread the strawberry mousse evenly on top, then add the second cake layer. Spread the chocolate mousse over the second layer.
6. Spread the strawberry jam on top of the cake and decorate with fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings.
7. Let the cake set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
