Savory and juicy smoked ribs that are perfect for grill parties or weekend dinners. This recipe utilizes an Ikea pot lid rack, allowing you to smoke multiple ribs at once.

Ingredients:

- 2 kg pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 200 ml BBQ sauce
- 200 ml apple juice or water (for smoking)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ribs: Remove the membrane from the ribs and cut them into manageable pieces if necessary.
2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the spice mixture onto the ribs.
3. Place the ribs in the pot lid rack. You can fit up to 6 pieces of ribs at once.
4. Preheat your smoker or grill to about 120-150 °C (248-302 °F).
5. Pour the apple juice or water into the bottom of the smoker to maintain moisture.
6. Place the rack of ribs in the smoker and close the lid. Smoke the ribs for approximately 3-4 hours until they are tender and juicy.
7. During the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce for a nice glaze.
8. Remove the ribs from the rack, let them cool for a moment, and serve.
