Ingredients:
- Lagrein grapes
- Water
- Sugar (optional)
- Yeast
Instructions:
1. Harvest ripe Lagrein grapes and remove the stems.
2. Thoroughly clean the grapes and crush them in a large container.
3. Add water and sugar to the crushed grapes according to your taste.
4. Stir in the yeast into the grape mixture and mix well.
