Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked pasta - 2 pieces cooked salmon
- 10 Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 broccoli
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 inches leek, sliced
- 2.5 oz cream cheese (e.g., strong Koskenlaskija)
- 3/4 cup cream or whole milk
- Fish seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add three eggs to the boiling water when the pasta has been cooking for a couple of minutes. 2. Add chopped Brussels sprouts and broccoli to the boiling pasta water. Let them cook for about six more minutes.
3. Drain the pasta and vegetables.
4. In a pan, heat the sliced leek and bell pepper. Add the drained pasta and vegetables to the pan.
5. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted.
6. Pour in the cream or milk and season with fish seasoning and salt.
7. Mix well and enjoy!
