Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
