A delicious and spicy sauce, perfect for seafood and soups. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped light bread
- 1 red chili (fresh or dried), seeds removed
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 ml olive oil
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the chili and place it in a mortar.
2. Add the sliced garlic and finely chopped bread to the mortar.
3. Crush the ingredients into a smooth paste.
4. Incorporate the egg yolks and sea salt into the paste, mixing well.
5. Gradually add the olive oil while continuing to mix until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
