A delightful Italian flatbread topped with fresh herbs and sea salt. Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 350 ml water
- 10 g salt
- 10 g sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 50 ml olive oil
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary)
- Sea salt flakes
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast.
2. Pour the water and olive oil into the mixture.
3. Knead the dough using a mixer for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Grease a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with olive oil.
6. Pour the dough onto the baking sheet and stretch it into an even layer.
7. Use your fingers to create deep dimples on the surface of the dough.
8. Sprinkle fresh herbs and sea salt flakes on top.
9. Allow the focaccia to rise for another 20-30 minutes.
10. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
11. Let it cool for a moment before serving. Enjoy!
