A delicious and moist focaccia that brings the street food vibe to your home. This simple bread is perfect as a side dish or a standalone snack.

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 2 dl water
- 1 packet (7 g) dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt for topping
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, dry yeast, salt, and sugar.
2. Add water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
4. Grease a baking pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and spread the risen dough onto the pan.
5. Use your fingers to make deep indentations in the dough.
6. Sprinkle sea salt and fresh herbs on top.
7. Let the dough rest for another 15 minutes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
