Ingredients:
- Fresh pineapple- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Rum
- Coconut sorbet
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the pineapple into 1-1.5 cm thick slices.2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add brown sugar to the skillet and stir until the sugar melts.
4. Place the pineapple slices in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
5. Pour rum into the skillet and let it bubble for a moment until the alcohol evaporates.
6. Serve the warm rum-soaked pineapples with coconut sorbet.
