Ingredients:
- 2 red bell peppers
- 100 g almonds
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 steaks (beef or chicken)
Instructions:
1. Roast the bell peppers in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes until the skin is charred. Allow to cool, peel, and remove seeds.
2. Toast the almonds in a dry skillet until golden brown.
3. In a blender, combine the roasted peppers, almonds, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to create the sauce.
4. Grill the steaks to your preferred doneness.
5. Serve the grilled steaks with the romesco sauce on top.
