A delightful dessert drink combining the creaminess of vanilla ice cream with the tropical flavors of coconut and rum. Perfect for a refreshing treat!

Ingredients:
- 1 dl vanilla ice cream
- 1 dl coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 dl dark rum
- 1/2 tsp smoked salt
- 1 dl pomegranate seeds
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the vanilla ice cream and coconut milk until well combined.
2. Add the honey and dark rum, stirring until smooth.
3. Sprinkle the smoked salt over the mixture and gently fold it in.
