A delicious pasta made with Amaronen wine, adding depth and richness to the flavors. Perfect for holiday feasting or special occasions.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 400 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml Amaronen wine
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving a little cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add crushed garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, Amaronen wine, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce. Add reserved cooking water if needed to keep the pasta moist.
6. Serve the pasta on plates, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
