- 200 g black kale
- 1 avocado

- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)

- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the black kale thoroughly and chop it into small pieces.
2. Peel and slice the avocado.
3. Rinse and dice the apple.
4. Toast the nuts in a dry pan until they turn slightly golden.
5. In a bowl, mix the black kale, avocado, apple, and toasted nuts.
